As-Machined Finish

When precision matters more than polish, choose as-machined finish. A raw, unprocessed surface straight from CNC machining, with visible tool marks and natural metallic luster. No extra processes, no extra cost — just strict tolerances for your design. Ideal for internal functional parts: structural brackets, inserts, and components that require precise fit but not cosmetic perfection.

Bead Blasting

Bead blasting uses fine glass beads to impact the part surface, creating a uniform, non-reflective matte finish. This process effectively removes machining tool marks, smooths the workpiece, and resists fingerprint smudges and micro-scratches. It is the ideal choice for consumer electronics and decorative exterior components that demand a modern, refined aesthetic.

Brushing

Brushing produces consistent directional textures on metal surfaces via high-precision mechanical abrasion.  Technique creates a delicate hairline finish with a silky semi-gloss sheen, effectively masking product  and minor scratches. Widely adopted for high-end decorative panels, kitchen appliances, and premium metal-textured desktops, it delivers an elegant industrial aesthetic.

Polishing

 Electrolytic and mirror polishing. These techniques remove surface flaws for ultra-smooth, high-gloss finishes and top-tier quality. Ideal for medical and optical parts where precision and smoothness are essential.

Tumbling

Our tumbling (vibration/barrel grinding) delivers smooth, burr-free parts. It efficiently deburrs and finishes high-volume work, softening edges for a uniform matte surface. Great for complex, tiny parts hard to finish by hand.

Grinding

Grinding uses rotating abrasive wheels for ultra-precision finishing. It trims tiny material to ensure flatness and tight tolerances, ideal for hardened metal parts like shafts and gears where regular machining falls short.

Knurling

Our knurling service creates straight, diagonal, or diamond patterns on cylindrical parts to boost grip friction. Lapping

Our lapping service uses a rotating plate and fine abrasive slurry to achieve ultra-flat, ultra-smooth surfaces. By removing microscopic material layers, we correct tiny imperfections and deliver Ra 0.01–0.1 μm finishes—ideal for components where flatness and smoothness are critical to performance.

Honing

Rotating abrasive rods correct taper, ovality, and other micro-irregularities, while creating a cross-hatched mesh texture for optimal lubrication retention. Delivering finishes up to Ra 0.1 μm, it’s ideal for hydraulic cylinders, engine cylinders, and precision bearings where tight form accuracy and low friction are critical.

Zinc Plating

What surface treatment services do you provide?

We offer full-range treatments: anodizing, hard anodizing, sandblasting, polishing, passivation, black oxide, plating (nickel, zinc, chrome), PVD coating, anti-corrosion coating, laser marking and hydrophobic coating.

Standard colors: silver, black, gold, blue, red, grey. Custom special colors are also acceptable based on your samples or color codes.

Sure. We support custom text, logos, serial numbers and patterns on metal and plastic surfaces, clear and durable.

Thin-film processes like passivation and ordinary anodizing have negligible impact. We control film thickness strictly for high-precision parts to keep tolerance within range.
